* Monitor the Data Center, supervise the environment, and ensure all servers, storage systems, switches, and other equipment operate within normal parameters.
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of servers, storage systems, switches, and other IT assets.

* Monitor, respond to, and manage the ticket queue, prioritizing and routing requests according to criticality, urgency, and impact on the environment.

* Perform daily operational routines, conduct system integrity checks, generate status reports, and support scheduled maintenance.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Processing, Information Systems, or Network Administration;
* Experience with structured copper cabling (CAT 5e, CAT6, and CAT6A);

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform cloud environment assessments, identifying cost reduction opportunities and architectural improvements;
* Analyze platforms and architectures aiming at financial efficiency and sustainability of digital products;
* Monitor projects and transitions alongside Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams, promoting FinOps culture;
* Prepare monthly FinOps reports for clients, including forecasts, tracking of opportunities, variance analysis, and recommendations;
* Define tagging strategies in partnership with clients, as well as develop Showback and Chargeback reports;
* Configure dashboards in FinOps tools and implement cost control alert policies, waste identification, and adoption of best practices;
* Participate in internal meetings, with suppliers and end customers, contributing to defining actions focused on cost optimization.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Required requirements:**

* Proven experience with FinOps practices and cost management in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP);
