**Job Opening \| Marketing Assistant** Campinas/SP \| On-site \| CLT **Grupo Rais e SilimaQ**, a national reference in equipment for glass and window glazing and sealing, is seeking a creative, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to join our **Marketing** team. This position will directly support internal factory marketing demands, develop technical materials, and assist in corporate communication and internal marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support factory marketing demands * Develop and organize technical manuals * Edit and adjust technical videos * Assist in developing training materials with the technical team * Create internal communication and internal marketing materials * Produce content for social media and printed materials * Interface and align with various departments across the company **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools * Strong aptitude for video editing, document creation, and visual material development * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off (when the birthday falls on a business day) **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM We seek individuals who enjoy learning, collaborating, and building together.
