Senior Automation Software Development Analyst Your main deliverables: * Design software architecture for motion control, navigation, manipulation, and perception * Develop embedded control, computer vision, and trajectory planning modules * Integrate multiple sensors, cameras, and autonomous decision-making systems * Guide the development team and support the definition of methodologies and standards * Review code, define integration standards, and supervise technical deliveries * Support coordinators in prioritizing and assessing technical aspects of new features * Plan and execute tests in simulators (Gazebo, Webots, RViz) * Conduct field validation of robots and drones, including data collection and analysis * Ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements * Apply embedded AI, computer vision, and machine learning techniques * Contribute to R&D projects by proposing innovative solutions in automation and intelligent robotics Requirements: Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in developing robotic systems and advanced automation * Experience with ROS2, embedded systems, applied AI, and motion control * Technical leadership and mentoring skills for development teams * Proficiency in C/C\+\+, Python, ROS2, embedded Linux, and real-time operating systems (RTOS) * Knowledge of robot kinematics and dynamics, trajectory control, SLAM, and autonomous navigation * Experience with computer vision, embedded AI, Deep Learning, and GPU integration (Jetson, CUDA) * Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and continuous integration pipelines Desirable: Graduate degree or specialization in Robotics, Computer Vision, or Artificial Intelligence will be an advantage.
