At its inception, operating under the Regional Delegation of São Paulo, SENAI GO 1 offered only vocational training in fitting, mechanical turning, blacksmithing, electricity, and carpentry. The State’s economic context then comprised only several hundred small and even fewer medium-sized industries. Today, SENAI provides professional training through various courses delivered in modalities such as industrial apprenticeship, technical qualification, technological undergraduate degrees, postgraduate studies, introductory training, professional qualification, and professional upgrading, in addition to delivering technical and technological advisory services across multiple fields. As part of the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), SENAI has kept pace with the industrial sector’s advancement through continuous investment in improving and updating its human resources and teaching environments, seeking technological innovation as a means to enhance industrial competitiveness and contribute to the State’s development. Our **MISSION** is to promote professional education and higher education, innovation, and transfer of industrial technologies, contributing to increased industrial competitiveness. And our **VISION**, by 2027, is for SESI and SENAI to be recognized as industrial partners and drivers of productivity and competitiveness. #### **To view completed SENAI Selection Processes in Goiás,** **click HERE.** Access our Selection Process Regulation to understand the rules and procedures governing our Institution’s selection processes. **Also explore our job portals:** **SESI** https://sesigo.gupy.io **FIEG** https://fieg.gupy.io **IEL** https://ielgo.gupy.io **For platform-related issues on Gupy—such as password recovery, email address changes, or other inquiries—please visit the support center link:** **Gupy – Help Center | Candidates** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Access our Code of Ethics and learn about the guiding instrument that defines conduct standards, values, and ethics within our Institution.
