Job Summary: Abtec Professional Training Courses is seeking a Collection Assistant to recover delinquent students, responsible for phone/WhatsApp collections, in-person customer service, credit bureau reporting (SCPC), and negotiations. The professional will be responsible for telephone and WhatsApp collections, in-person service, SCPC credit bureau reporting, notary public protests, and general delinquency negotiations. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM (no work on Saturdays). We offer excellent commissions and bonuses! On-site work!
