Job Summary: A professional with advanced technical expertise in TIG, MIG/MAG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) to perform high-precision and high-quality welding. Key Highlights: 1. Finishing and visual inspection of welds **Specialized Welder** **Responsibilities:** The professional must possess advanced technical proficiency in welding processes, **especially TIG**, as well as experience with MIG/MAG and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), performing welds with a high degree of precision, strength, and quality. The role involves welding parts and metal structures according to technical drawings, preparing materials and surfaces for welding, and performing finishing and visual inspection of welds—always adhering to technical standards and safety and quality requirements. The professional may also support the production team whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * **Reside in Itatiba/SP;** * **Proven experience as a Welder in a metallurgical company;** * **Advanced knowledge and proven experience in TIG welding;** * **Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings;** * Experience in MIG/MAG and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of part preparation and weld finishing; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work in an industrial environment. * Availability for overtime, if required. **Compensation:** **Starting salary: To be negotiated** **Benefits:** Breakfast; Meal Card; Medical Plan (co-payment) \- after probation period; Transportation Allowance; Pharmacy Benefit Plan \- after probation period. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Thursday:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Friday:** 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM 1-hour daily rest break Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings? * Do you reside in Itatiba/SP? * Do you have advanced knowledge and proven experience in TIG welding? * Do you have proven experience as a Welder in a metallurgical company?
