They liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies, ensuring that shipments are made on time and with the correct documentation.**Key responsibilities** * Prepare and review export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) * Monitor the international logistics process (air, sea, or road) * Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers * Ensure compliance with tax, fiscal, and customs regulations * Negotiate and monitor deadlines, costs, and logistics conditions with suppliers and customers * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to export processes **Qualifications and skills** * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of Brazilian export laws and major international agreements; * Fluent English (required) and Spanish (desirable); * Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Temporary contract (6 months)
