Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and/or online customer service, offering detailed information about cell phones and accessories. * Conduct active and consultative sales, always seeking to understand customer needs and present the best options. * Assist in stock organization, product display, and restocking of goods. * Follow up on after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Achieve individual and collective sales targets. * Accurately control and record sales made in the system. Requirements: * Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Proactivity, dynamism, and results orientation. * Basic knowledge of cell phones, accessories, and their technical specifications will be a plus.
