




Inspect incoming goods and organize storage and handling of materials; verify process compliance; release products and services; work according to technical, quality, and safety standards and demonstrate mastery of specific technical knowledge in the area. * Coordinate the entire process of implementation and maintenance of requirements mandated by the Quality and Food Safety Management System - SGQSA; * Coordinate all necessary steps for the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of requirements needed to ensure the SGQSA; * Assist SGQSA team members in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of activities; * Request the necessary conditions from other departments involved in the process to ensure the proper functioning of the SGQSA; * Supervise together with the quality team and other departments, activities related to quality, aiming to assess the level of conformity (compliance) with established standards; * Conduct evaluation and planning meetings together with the Industrial Director, Management, and quality team members; * Coordinate and/or train, together with the Quality Team (E.Q), employees on procedures established by the SGQSA; * Present whenever necessary feasibility budgets for implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the SGQSA; * Supervise the alignment of existing processes within the company to the standards required by the SGQSA; * Monitor the pre-audit, certification audit, and any possible external audits that may occur; * Coordinate and perform internal audits, evaluating the level of conformity of the SGQSA; * Define qualified auditors to carry out internal audits; * Provide all necessary information to the Industrial Director regarding the implementation process and monitoring of quality assurance; * Evaluate the progress of SGQSA activities; * Take corrective and preventive actions to ensure the perfect safety of the SGQSA; * Manage and coordinate HACCP; * Issue various documents or reports related to their function, either manually or through computer systems, as long as they are related to the SGQSA; * Follow the principles of the 5"S" methodology, adhering to the guidance of each of its senses, apply and promote GMP principles in the workplace.
