Here, we build lasting careers and strong relationships. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Patrol store premises, monitoring people's movements to prevent or detect suspicious acts such as theft, vandalism, unauthorized product tasting, and other security incidents, as well as visible loss prevention. * Manage store security processes and loss prevention; * Administer risks, evaluate electronic and physical security systems; * Develop corporate policies and standards, creating loss reduction and prevention plans; * Conduct inventories and check\-lists in refrigerators and freezers; * Monitor goods receipt and dispatch. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * High school diploma; * Availability for shifts; * Experience in asset protection-related activities. #### **Desirable (preferred) requirements:** * Strong attention to detail; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus linked to department results; * Birthday kit for employees to celebrate with family. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 6x1 shift rotation with fixed weekly day off; * 2x1 rotation on Sundays.
