Proven ability to lead teams, organize logistics processes, and manage productivity. Knowledge of cargo handling, unloading, warehousing, and material handling operations. Basic knowledge of occupational safety and equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts and operational machinery). Minimum stability of 1 year in previous positions. Responsibilities Supervise the inventory and logistics team, ensuring daily tasks are completed. Coordinate and assist in cargo loading and product dispatch. Ensure proper maintenance and appropriate use of operational equipment, such as forklifts and daily-use machinery. Monitor and ensure team productivity, providing guidance and correcting deviations when necessary. Train staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and inventory organization.
