If you want to be part of a team that makes a difference, come work with us. **Responsibilities and duties** Duties Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies; Receive, verify, store materials, control inventory (including expiration dates and recording entries and exits), and pick orders for medical and nursing teams; Attend suppliers, provide basic information, and maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace; Receive, register, label, and properly store materials, observing appropriate storage conditions; Perform daily inventory control and periodic physical counts; report low stock levels and monitor product expiration dates; Pick and issue materials according to requests; Provide basic information about materials and inventory; Record product entries and exits in the system, track orders, and support inventory control processes; Receive, verify (checking invoices, quantities, and product integrity) and store materials and supplies; Organize inventory, ensuring items are located for easy access and handling; Enter data on goods received and dispatched into spreadsheets or systems; Pick and distribute materials requested by other departments; Maintain updated records; Check product integrity, verifying compliance with specifications and requested quantities. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma completed (higher education in progress will be an advantage); Previous experience in the field; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to learn new tools; Good verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a team and perform tasks with minimal supervision. **Additional information** Market-competitive compensation; Dynamic and challenging work environment; Administrative working hours, 44 hours/week; Opportunity to work in a growing company, with possibilities for learning and professional development.
