Then this opportunity is for you! **What you’ll do on a daily basis:** Provide in-person support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment and systems. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Manage service tickets in the Service Desk system, focusing on speed and quality. Support network activities (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling) and infrastructure routines. Guide users on best practices for using IT tools. **What we expect from you:** Completed high school (technical course in IT, Networking, or related fields is desirable). Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Fundamental understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). Strong communication skills, organization, and a constant willingness to learn! **It’s a plus if you have:** Technical training or certifications such as ITIL, HDI, Microsoft, or CompTIA A+. Previous experience in technical support or Service Desk roles.
