**ACTIVITIES** * Actively or receptively contact clients/users to resolve network problems and issues with hardware (desktops, notebooks, and printers) and advanced software (protheus, RM, Fluig, Anima); * Monitor and manage resolution processes with suppliers regarding structured cabling projects; * Configure network equipment such as Switch, Wifi, Firewall; * Monitor Backup routines; * Monitor systems and network assets; * Perform related tasks as needed or directed by the immediate manager; * Track department indicators aiming to meet user and company needs. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of networks (Linux, Windows, AD, GPO, MO365, VMWare, Zabbix, Grafana, Backup); * Knowledge of structured cabling and manageable network devices; * Maintenance experience on Windows and Linux servers. **DESIRABLE** * Class AB driver's license * Knowledge of ITIL framework, COBIT * Experience with Linux environments **DETAILS** * **Company:** FAN Participações * **Work hours:** 07:30 to 17:30 * **Location:** Mossoró RN
