Never leave shelves empty. Maintain share. Restocking and inventory control: Restock and verify product quantities in inventory, ensuring sufficient items are available for replenishment. Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain product displays and layouts in ways that attract customer attention and encourage purchases. Develop thematic displays, visual actions, and promotions. Activate and deactivate POS materials. Quality Control: Monitor the quality and condition of displayed products, removing damaged or expired items and replacing them with new ones. If any item is close to expiration, create strategies to sell it faster and avoid product loss. Take photos of the point of sale. Market Analysis: Observe and analyze product sales and market trends to adjust merchandising strategies and improve product presentation.
