




Job Summary: Professional responsible for operational fleet management, supervision of deliveries and returns, customer support, and team leadership, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. Analysis and reporting of results. **Operational fleet management:** ensure control of the vehicle system, yard verification (physical vs. digital), and vehicle compliance per contract. **Supervision of deliveries and returns:** monitor the entire workflow, identify damages/irregularities, and collect team feedback to prevent issues. **After-sales management and customer support:** supervise customer service, monitor chats (Kommo), ensure responsiveness, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. **Data and indicator control:** supervise spreadsheets, dashboards, targets (chips, contacts, extras), and ensure accurate updating of customer information. **Management of pending items and adjustments:** clear outstanding balances, record adjustments, and ensure internal process organization. **Team leadership and development:** conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and foster a positive organizational climate aligned with company values. **Analysis and reporting of results:** monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and participate in strategic meetings with other departments. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Bachelor's degree
