Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking lot; * Verify whether customers are authorized, monthly users, or condominium residents, and check that the customer possesses the proper identification credential; * Inform customers about parking procedures and rules, including tolerances, fees, location, and other relevant information, always focusing on providing excellent user reception; * Stay alert for jammed or problematic tickets, and remove tickets when the Ticket Deposit is full; * Keep vehicle keys properly stored in key racks and ensure vehicle identification through numbered prism attachment; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets while ensuring the parking revenue's integrity. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we're looking for:** * High school diploma (completed); * Valid driver's license (preferred). **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospital or laboratory network), if selected, you will need to provide proof of the following vaccinations: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Influenza, Covid-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING AT A COMPANY THAT SERVES TOMORROW'S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is a global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
