**OPEN POSITION – INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE \| HIPERTINTAS** HIPERTINTAS is seeking a commercially oriented, communicative, and results-driven professional to join our sales team. If you enjoy challenges, have sales experience, and seek professional growth, this opportunity may be for you! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service; * Conducting sales and negotiations; * Tracking quotations and orders; * Organizing the customer portfolio; * Achieving sales targets and commercial KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Sales experience in retail; * Valid driver’s license; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability and commitment. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** We are looking for someone who is: * Proactive; * Organized; * Results-oriented; * Communicative and persuasive; * Dynamic and responsible; * Flexible with working hours; * Enthusiastic about working with goals and challenges. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Saturday; * 44-hour weekly schedule; * On-site work. **COMPENSATION** * Starting salary: R$ 1\.800,00; * Attractive commissions; * CLT employment contract.
