Promote awareness of sustainable practices **We Are Hiring an Environmental Analyst** ========================================== Salinor \| Macau \- RN \| On-site Job Description Contribute to the sustainable operation of the saltworks by developing and implementing effective waste management plans, ensuring compliance with environmental licenses and conditions, supervising field activities related to environmental management, and promoting awareness of sustainable practices among saltworks employees. Responsibilities and Duties * Implement waste management plans to ensure proper disposal and minimize environmental impacts; * Supervise waste collection, transportation, and final disposal in compliance with environmental regulations; * Monitor compliance with environmental licenses and their conditions; * Gather and organize materials and documentation for environmental license renewals when required; * Assess and report costs associated with environmental activities, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and optimize resources; * Supervise the environmental assistants team, ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks; * Provide technical guidance and training to team members; * Conduct regular inspections of waste storage and disposal areas to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards; * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to environmental activities in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements; * Ensure availability and accessibility of necessary documents for audits and reviews; * Promote awareness among employees regarding sustainable practices and the importance of environmental preservation. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; * Training in Waste Management and Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 standard; * 6 months of experience as an environmental officer, environmental analyst, or in related positions.
