Open position: **Regulatory Analyst III** **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations before ANP, acting critically and strategically; * Guarantee conformity of SGIP, RTSGI, RTM, and RTDT by identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions; * Participate in internal audits to ensure fulfillment of applicable requirements; * Lead analysis and implementation of improvements in management systems, anticipating regulatory and operational risks; * Monitor and ensure compliance with exploration, development, production, and decommissioning commitments of concessions; * Proactively participate in public consultations from ANP and other related entities; * Manage regulatory software (ANP Reports, SGC PetroDigital), ensuring data reliability and accuracy of submitted reports; * Prepare strategic letters, official communications, and reports directed to management and executive leadership; * Conduct assignment processes, bidding, and operator changes, leading interfaces with internal and external stakeholders; * Act as a technical reference and business partner, promoting alignment between field teams, management, and senior leadership; * Comply with legal and other applicable requirements for the Q&R area; * Commit to continuous improvement of business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability.
