Assist in dough stretching, pizza assembly, and finishing according to pizzeria standards. Organize work surfaces, utensils, and supplies during production. Load pizzas into the oven and remove them after baking, following the pizzaiolo's instructions. Clean equipment, trays, and work areas at the end of each shift. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Pastry Assistant, Junior Pizzaiolo, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
