We are seeking a dedicated professional to work at our wind farm in Serra de São Bento, Rio Grande do Norte (RN). **Responsibilities and Duties** **The Challenge and Your Responsibilities:** As a Wind Turbine Inspector, you will be the key interface between Casa dos Ventos and the contracted maintenance provider, ensuring our wind turbines operate at maximum efficiency. **Inspection and Quality:** Monitor and manage compliance across all phases: **Pre\-Operational:** Supervise turbine receipt, electromechanical assembly, commissioning, and start\-up—collaborating closely with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to specifications. **Operational:** Closely monitor operational and maintenance activities, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards. **Analysis and Performance:** Actively participate in wind turbine failure and performance analyses, interpreting SCADA data to identify improvement opportunities and increase asset availability. **Documentation and Management:** Accurately complete technical reports, checklists, meeting minutes, and logbooks to support management teams. **Safety and Environment:** Promote the SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment) culture, complying with and enforcing company guidelines. **Technical Support:** Support maintenance of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems—including substations, Medium Voltage Network (MVN), and Transmission Lines (TL). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical High School Education (Electrotechnical or related fields). Solid professional experience in the field, preferably focused on wind turbine maintenance and quality. **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory):** We seek professionals with at least intermediate proficiency in the following areas: Wind Turbine Assembly, Commissioning, and Maintenance SCADA Data Interpretation and SCADA Systems Reading and Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams Wind Turbine Maintenance Plans Maintenance of Power Electrical Systems (PES) Advanced Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Serra de São Bento \- RN. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho). **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule (07:00–17:00 Monday through Thursday; until 16:00 on Friday). **Shift Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and on-call duty (overtime). **Compensation and Benefits:** Market-competitive.
