Visit us at www.accenture.com We seek Mid-level and Senior OSS Developers with experience in telecom service orchestration, provisioning, and activation, working on platforms such as HPE Service Director (HPSD) and/or HPE Service Activation (HPSA). You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and evolving service solutions, focusing on modeling, integrations between OSS/BSS systems, and process automation. The environment is highly complex, involving multiple integrations and emphasizing scalability, quality, and efficiency, in close collaboration with technical teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and customize orchestration, provisioning, and service activation solutions * Model services and workflows (XML/DSL, templates, and pipelines) * Implement integrations among OSS/BSS systems, legacy systems, and network elements * Develop extensions, business logic, and automations on the OSS platform * Automate end-to-end flows (e.g., order activation, network) * Conduct testing, bug fixes, and continuous improvements of solutions * Ensure technical quality (performance, security, and development best practices) * Manage code versioning and CI/CD pipelines **Required Skills and Technologies:** * Experience with HPE Service Director (HPSD) and/or HPE Service Activation (HPSA) * Hands-on experience in service orchestration, provisioning, and activation (provisioning / service activation) * Experience in service and workflow modeling (XML/DSL, templates, pipelines) * Development experience with Java, Python, or scripting languages * Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware-based integration * Knowledge of relational databases * Git-based version control * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) * Networking knowledge (IP, MPLS, FTTH, 4G/5G) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with OSS platforms (Oracle OSM, Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, Netcracker) * Integration with network elements (SNMP, Netconf) * Experience in large-scale telecom environments * Familiarity with Agile methodologies **Location:** São Paulo | Rio de Janeiro | Recife | Campina Grande | Fortaleza | Belém **What Accenture Offers:** At Accenture, we invest in our people’s development like no other organization: Professionals with equal opportunities to grow.
