Desirable: * Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio * Prior experience in HR or BPO to understand specific metrics. * Familiarity with turnover, absenteeism, and scheduling metrics * Ability to work remotely with discipline and organization. * Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate). Responsibilities and Duties: * Deliver complete dashboards that automatically update HR metrics. * Document processes and generate weekly, monthly, and event-based reports. * Identify opportunities for improvement in data and processes. * Ensure data quality and accuracy across all deliverables. * Support the BPO team with actionable insights.
