Job Summary: This Young Apprentice Program aims to provide operational support in the area, performing tasks such as material picking and delivery, spreadsheet updates, and warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support in material picking and delivery 2. Maintenance of warehouse organization and inventory control 3. Collaboration in integrated logistics activities Provide support for the area's operational routines, carrying out activities including **material picking, delivery of materials to requesting departments, updating inventory control spreadsheets, and warehouse organization**, always following the company's internal procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in **material picking** activities according to internal requests or work orders; * Perform **material delivery** to responsible departments, ensuring proper verification and accurate recording of movements; * Maintain **warehouse organization**, ensuring correct item identification and storage; * Support integrated logistics activities, collaborating with other departments whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed **High School**; * Currently enrolled in or interested in **Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering** is a plus; * Be **organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills**; * Possess basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office suite**. * Have **easy access to the Central Region – RJ**. * Availability for a **4-hour daily work schedule** (as per the Young Apprentice Program). **Additional Information** We offer a benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation (transportation voucher or shuttle service); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development and well-being programs; **Important:** * Benefits granted according to contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be cumulative**; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
