Building futures through education Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Irajá Hub \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Responsibilities: Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse the situation: Through phone and WhatsApp interactions; Negotiate, advocate, and apply institutional policies focused on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing institutional services; Analyze student performance to promote and participate in initiatives and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school; Proficiency in using systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiator profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
