Work involving inspections, tests, and predictive maintenance on building electrical systems and equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual inspections, retightening, and technical cleaning of electrical equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for buildings; * Carry out electrical tests including ohmic resistance, insulation, and turns ratio; * Perform thermographic and ultrasonic analyses for predictive anomaly detection; * Prepare technical reports on performed activities and identified non-conformities; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in electrical maintenance and equipment testing; * Knowledge of electrical measurement and diagnostic instruments; * Knowledge of thermography and ultrasound is desirable; * Commitment to safety and quality standards; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B and driving experience.
