Provide all required and necessary services to passengers and customers
**Responsibilities**
* Perform check-in in accordance with passenger needs and airline regulations;
* Receive passengers and VIPs, and assist passengers with special needs (e.g., physical disabilities);
* Support passengers by addressing complaints and providing assistance as needed;
* Inspect and verify passenger documentation;
* Rebook passengers affected by delays and cancellations;
* Assist in handling and organizing non-scheduled flights;
* Assist in coordinating refueling and handling services;
* Assist in contracting and booking security services for passengers, crew, and aircraft;
* Calculate and collect baggage excess fees and other applicable charges (e.g., UMNR, fines);
* Operate equipment such as jetways, computers, and reservation and ticketing software;
* Prepare all work-related documentation, assisting in archiving flight plans and paying applicable airport fees;
* Immediately report all incidents, accidents, and personal injuries to the immediate supervisor or Swissport Safety Department, per Swissport’s SMS requirements;
* Act and ensure that facilities and/or services provided are not used for unlawful interference against civil aviation;
* Comply with applicable laws, Swissport SOPs, and policies;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the station’s QHSE Management System Manual and manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO requirements.
