Come be yourself and join a TIM team courageous enough to innovate, free to try, and driven to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilities We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Profile Description** Technical lead responsible for analyzing Field operational performance and Mobile and Ultrafiber network performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Key Activities** Conduct diagnostics on telecommunications services delivered to customers, defining monitoring methodologies and ensuring oversight of network layers and end-to-end system and service performance, aiming for continuous improvement; Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and squads focused on operational efficiency, innovation, and reduction of recurrence; Prepare and present executive reports, root cause analyses, and action plans, with a focus on strategic decision-making; Responsible for managing and tracking strategic improvement plans with relevant departments; This position requires strong leadership capability, strategic vision, and the ability to operate in high-complexity and high-impact environments, serving as a key connector between technical, business, and executive areas; Monitor and analyze performance indicators (SLA, MTTR, recurrence, Anatel propensity, failure volume), proposing and implementing action plans to mitigate risks and improve quality; Technically develop the team, promoting systemic thinking, data-driven culture, and cross-team collaboration. **Knowledge, Experience, and Education** Completed undergraduate degree; Prior experience in data analysis and operational performance; Experience in Telecom and Hub/Spoke methodology is desirable. **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—thus, the Conexão Bem + Estar program aims to strengthen TIM’s genuine care for its team and their families through practical initiatives across multiple fronts, ensuring everyone feels well—both personally and professionally.
