Collaborate with teachers and other tutors If you are passionate about education, possess empathy, and wish to make a difference in students' lives, join us as part of the tutoring team and help create an inspiring learning environment! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Encourage and monitor students' learning, clarify doubts, and assist in understanding subject matter during tutoring sessions; * Help students complete school assignments and projects, promoting effective study techniques and organizational skills; * Collaborate with teachers and other tutors to foster a positive learning environment; * Participate in team meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate teacher training program (**from the 3rd semester onward**) in disciplines related to the tutoring subjects; * Strong communication skills, ability to guide others, and ease in working with students from Grades 6–9 and High School; * Availability to work **from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM**; * Demonstrated **proactivity, organization, and responsibility**, with a focus on supporting students' academic learning and development. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits:** * + Transportation allowance (up to R$26/day); + Canva Pro; + Educational Partnerships (agreements with educational institutions offering scholarships, discounts, and professional development); + Life insurance, FAE, SESC membership card, and online courses.
