Responsibilities: * Greet, assist, and guide visitors in both indoor and outdoor environments; * Manage access control and authorization; * Validate tickets/entry passes; * Maintain operational communication via radio; * Organize signage markers and supporting materials; * Ensure an outstanding visitor experience, with emphasis on organization, safety, and quality Requirements: * Experience in customer service; * Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and communicative profile; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Availability for operational activities, including extended periods standing and outdoor work under adverse weather conditions; * Knowledge of a foreign language (preferred); * Experience in tourism (preferred). Work Location: * South Zone \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours and Schedule: * Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off; * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:20 PM; * Work on weekends and holidays.
