This is a role for individuals who enjoy development, problem-solving, learning new tools, and applying technology in a simple, useful, and well-structured way in day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities** * Develop internal solutions based on requirements identified by company departments; * Create automations, scripts, integrations, and small applications to improve operational processes; * Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support development, data analysis, documentation, and productivity; * Integrate systems, APIs, and databases as required by projects; * Support the creation of automated workflows to reduce manual and repetitive tasks; * Participate in prototyping and assist in evolving these solutions for real-world use; * Fix, adjust, and improve existing solutions; * Document code, integrations, workflows, and usage instructions; * Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand needs and propose feasible solutions; * Contribute improvement ideas for internal processes, systems, and routines. **Required Qualifications** * Experience in software development, automation, or integration; * Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; * Experience consuming REST APIs; * Basic knowledge of databases; * Familiarity with Git and code versioning; * Practical interest in applying artificial intelligence to development; * Ability to translate business needs into functional technical solutions; * Strong programming logic and code organization skills; * Aptitude for learning new tools and technologies; * Effective communication skills to explain technical solutions simply. **Desirable Qualifications** * Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar; * Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar; * Knowledge of Docker, Linux, or cloud environments; * Familiarity with dashboards, automated reporting, or data visualization; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Experience with personal projects, freelance work, hackathons, or internal solutions; * Basic understanding of information security or IT operations. **What We Expect From You** * A hands-on, curious, and solution-oriented mindset; * Enthusiasm for learning and applying AI in daily development; * Ability to progressively work autonomously while receiving guidance when needed; * Organizational skills to document and maintain developed assets; * Commitment to code quality, clarity, and maintainability; * Strong teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate across departments; * Interest in improving processes and turning ideas into functional deliverables. * Participate in change management by indicating priorities and requesting appropriate technical actions from infrastructure and technical support teams. * Monitor tickets according to criticality for high-priority clients.
