It offers customized recruitment solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. **Responsibilities:** Manage occupational safety onboard vessels, working directly on the company's ships. Monitor schedules, safety documentation, incident and PPE control, ensuring compliance with internal and legal regulations. Conduct periodic ship visits, maintaining constant communication with crew members to oversee safety routines. Carry out vessel inspections to identify hazardous conditions and propose corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the implementation and execution of risk management programs, monitoring their effectiveness. Develop and deliver occupational safety training programs for crew members and support teams. Analyze work-related incidents and accidents, investigating root causes and recording information to prevent recurrence. Manage PPE-related information and certifications, ensuring validity periods and proper usage. Review and analyze internal safety procedures, proposing improvements when necessary. Support SIPAT activities by organizing events, resources, and promotional materials. Previous experience as a Safety Engineer, Safety Analyst, Safety Supervisor, or Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
