Job Summary: Plan, develop, and monitor project execution, ensuring technical quality and compliance with standards and procedures established by JP Projetos. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and develop projects with a focus on technical quality 2. Conduct feasibility studies and define solutions for projects 3. Make technical decisions and specify materials for construction Job Mission: Plan, develop, and monitor the progress of projects within the scope of responsibility through analysis, implementation, and monitoring of actions, technical procedures, and defined work plans, thereby effectively contributing to the technical quality of activities performed, in alignment with standards and procedures stipulated by JP Projetos. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct preliminary studies and/or prior consultations; * Conduct technical feasibility studies; * Interview clients; * Perform field surveys; * Define project solutions; * Make technical decisions; * Specify materials to be used in designed construction projects; * Define drawings, charts, diagrams, spreadsheets, tables, and reports; * Draft descriptive memoranda; * Perform quantitative takeoffs of Material Lists; * Technically analyze presented problems and propose appropriate solutions.
