The Guaracamp offers positions for people with disabilities, in accordance with Art. 93 of Law 8.213/91 and Arts. 3 and 4 of Decree 3.298/99. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operational Management: Supervise receiving, handling, storage, and shipment of goods. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and manage returns/damages. Team Leadership: Supervise team members, delegate tasks, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Optimization and Metrics: Analyze data (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Transportation Management: Monitor pickups and deliveries, and negotiate with freight carriers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields 2. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics. 3.
