Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for planning, evaluating, and controlling maintenance of building facilities, coordinating teams and ensuring technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure full functionality of equipment and facilities Job Description: · Perform technical tasks related to the planning, evaluation, and control of building facility maintenance; · Guide team members' activities across various work phases, monitor task execution, resolve problems, provide clarifications, and take other measures to ensure compliance with established technical standards; · Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, assigning, coordinating, and monitoring workers' tasks to ensure regular and efficient service delivery; · Guide preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, identifying defects, repairing or replacing components, performing necessary adjustments, and conducting functional tests to prevent premature equipment wear and ensure machinery operates at full capacity; · Request components, equipment, instruments, materials, and other replacement parts by completing forms and submitting\-them to the Contractor's office to meet operational requirements; *Working Hours:* *Monday to Thursday \- 08:00 to 18:00; Friday \- 08:00 to 17:00.* Desired Education and Experience: · Prior experience in construction sites or civil engineering is desirable; · Willingness, responsibility, and punctuality to work collaboratively and assist with tasks; · Availability to work at various locations, including night construction sites if required; Behavioral Traits and/or Additional Job Information: · Knowledge of Chiller, Fan Coil, Split, and VRF/VRV systems Benefits: · Meal allowance: BRL 19.41 per day; · Transportation allowance; · Group life insurance; · Dental plan; · University partnership program; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 4\.196,78 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
