Position: Customer Service Apprentice Location: Rio de Janeiro* Assist in customer service activities, supporting exchange and reimbursement processes; * Verify customer service records in the internal system to ensure accuracy and quality; * Monitor and review services delivered by third-party companies; * Support the team in organizing and improving customer service processes; * Collaborate with the external customer service team to ensure that processes and procedures are correctly followed.
