**Job Description:** Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing budgets, quantity take-offs, and cost composition for construction projects, services, and engineering projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, descriptive memoranda, and service scopes. • Research material, service, and equipment pricing, maintaining an updated database. • Support analysis of commercial proposals, quotations, and cost comparisons. • Manage spreadsheets, files, and documentation related to submitted and received budgets. • Monitor internal requests and deadlines for budget delivery. • Provide support to the engineering team and commercial department on matters related to costs and proposals. **Requirements:** Requirements: • Completed high school education; Technical course in Electrotechnology or Engineering (or related fields). • Prior experience in budgeting, procurement, or technical administrative roles. • Knowledge of drawing interpretation, Excel, and budgeting tools. • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability. • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
