




**DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the execution and outcomes of Amazon's transportation operations technical training strategy across the states of RJ, MG, DF, and ES; contributing to operational excellence and business results impact. They will also engage in planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs, supporting the onboarding of new operations and management development within existing operations. They will partner with operational leaders to deliver tailored training support addressing each operation’s unique challenges. Key responsibilities include mapping operational metrics and individual employee performance metrics to propose targeted training solutions and maximize business outcomes. This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem. Key job responsibilities * Execute the technical training strategy across Amazon’s transportation operations in Brazil, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence; * Deliver and monitor training programs for both new operational launches and existing operations; * Build strong partnerships with operational leadership and provide appropriate learning solutions for each identified opportunity; * Manage and develop a team of training leaders and training ambassadors; * Leverage business data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Proven experience in logistics operations, industrial operations, or operational excellence; * Familiarity with training schedules and planning; * Problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency; * This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem; * Willingness to travel: 30% (outside peak periods) and 60% (during peak periods and site openings).
