




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Naval Engineering, or related field. * Active CREA registration and legal qualification to provide technical responsibility for the discipline, if required. * Proven experience in offshore maintenance, preferably on FPSOs, semi-submersible platforms, or oil and gas production units. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, utilities, fabrication). * Planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, prioritized by criticality. * Integrated planning of production shutdowns, development/evaluation of service packages, and interface with operations. * Backlog management, critical spare parts, inventory control, and material lead times. * Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Interface with contractors, suppliers, inspection, SMS, logistics, and procurement. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Maintenance Management, Reliability, Production Engineering, or Project Management is a plus. * Experience in campaigns involving Flotel/UMS or major maintenance interventions. * Develop, approve, and implement inspection and maintenance plans for static and rotating equipment, optimizing preventive and predictive programs. * Monitor and ensure compliance with equipment inspections, acting in accordance with applicable regulations, including serving as a Qualified Person (QP) under NR-13 when required. * Conduct behavioral safety dialogues to raise awareness among personnel regarding safety and quality during task execution, identifying and managing deviations promptly. * Participate in process and equipment activity risk assessments, proposing improvements to enhance operational safety and reliability. * Implement and maintain equipment maintenance and integrity management programs, following company guidelines and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and propose maintenance budget optimization actions aimed at cost reduction and enhanced operational safety. * Lead equipment failure studies and analyses to prevent recurring losses and improve operational reliability. * Train and develop personnel to strengthen maintenance and asset integrity culture, ensuring qualification and integration of service and material suppliers. * Qualify and integrate service and material suppliers to guarantee quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. * Specify materials and components, collaborating with Procurement and Projects departments, and supporting Operations and Drilling teams in resource and material scheduling and optimization. * Collaborate with Operations and Drilling teams in resource and material scheduling and optimization to meet production targets. * Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to ANP requirements concerning Equipment Integrity. * Commit to continuous improvement of business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability.
