Grow with us. **Responsibilities:** Support the development, maintenance, and evolution of solutions on the ServiceNow platform; Configure catalogs, workflows, forms, and automations; Handle bug fixes, enhancements, and technical support for the tool; Gather and understand requirements from internal users; Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement projects. Requirements:* Technical and analytical mindset; * Knowledge of programming logic; * Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; * Basic knowledge of databases and integrations; * Ability to quickly learn new technologies; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Prior experience with ServiceNow; * Experience with ITSM / Service Desk / Incident Management; * Relevant courses or certifications; * Technical English for reading.
