Definition of sales strategies and targets Manager responsible for the commercial and administrative operations of a store; The **responsibilities** of this position focus on delivering optimal customer service within the company. Will conduct training to ensure employees understand company policies and how to best serve customers. In this area, must also coordinate the team, correct behaviors inconsistent with company standards, and allocate staff effectively. Must be thoroughly familiar with both overall and individual performance targets. Must also understand sales potential and define the strategies the team should adopt. In addition to being responsible for staff training and organization, must also handle employee recruitment. Regarding personal attributes, must be communicative and an effective leader. Regarding specific knowledge, must understand the company and what aspects will be most critically evaluated by customers upon implementation. Must also demonstrate proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with the store's operating system. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree * Residency in Rio de Janeiro/RJ * Availability during business hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on Saturdays) * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (CNH) * Proven experience in this role Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$6.000,00 – R$7.000,00 per month Selection questions: * Do you have proven experience in Store Management or Commercial Management? * What is your salary expectation?
