We overcome **challenges** to optimize operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and be part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure all activities under your responsibility comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and the company’s Management System Manual—with special attention to personnel health and safety, workplace conditions, equipment, and the environment. * Ensure documentation for onshore and offshore personnel complies with current legislation. * Support the HR Management team in preparing and verifying payroll, ensuring timely execution in accordance with applicable legislation. * Directly manage recruitment, termination, and onboarding processes for both offshore and onshore personnel within defined timelines. * Assist onshore and offshore personnel regarding payroll, benefits, organizational climate, and medical services. * Ensure control and scheduling of Occupational Health Certificates (ASO) for onshore and offshore personnel. * Guarantee control and tracking of onshore personnel’s vacation and embarkation leave. * Ensure control and scheduling of offshore personnel’s vacation time. * Ensure accurate registration of labor documentation for national personnel. * Support control of internal procedure-related forms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate computer literacy. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology is preferred. Our portfolio includes chartering and operating the FPSO Pioneiro de Libra (PDL) at the Mero field since 2017, as well as operation and maintenance services for Brava Energia at the Papa\-Terra field in the Campos Basin.
