Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support administrative activities at the dealership, assisting with document organization, internal controls, and departmental service, contributing to the smooth operation of administrative routines while developing professional knowledge and skills within the Volkswagen Trucks and Buses dealership network’s apprenticeship program. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age between 14 and 24 years, per the professional apprenticeship program rules; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar); * Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program’s working hours, balancing work and theoretical coursework; * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate well; * Easy access to the Pavuna/RJ region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
