**Technology Project Manager**

We are looking for a professional to organize and lead the management of projects and technology demands, acting as the primary point of contact for requesting departments and ensuring clarity of requirements, priorities, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
The role includes demand screening, initial requirement gathering, process mapping (with documentation and diagrams), backlog organization, and execution monitoring in partnership with Systems Administration and Software Engineering teams.
**Responsibilities**
* Receive and screen technology demands, guiding when they fall outside the department's scope
* Conduct briefing sessions: gather initial requirements and map processes with requesting departments
* Produce functional documentation, workflows, and diagrams
* Plan and monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and scope changes
* Organize the backlog and support prioritization (user stories, milestones, epics)
* Maintain ongoing status updates and communication with requesting departments and management
**Requirements**
* Experience in software/IT project management
* Ability to document and organize requirements/processes
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
