




Job Summary: A professional responsible for anticipating and mitigating risks in the supply chain, auditing supplier processes, leading projects and negotiations, and supporting management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in projects and mitigation of supply risks. 2. Negotiation skills with local and international suppliers. 3. Strategic support to management and decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Anticipate risks and monitor critical suppliers; propose actions to mitigate risks of supply chain disruptions. * Mitigate supply risks in series-life projects (e.g., supplier plant changes, capacity expansion projects, etc.). * Audit component production processes at suppliers; ensure supplier production capacity meets NBA demand as well as contractual commitments. * Lead new projects; monitor supplier and supply chain development; ensure component delivery according to requirements of each project phase, assembly, and material presentations to be reported to management. * Skillfully lead project meetings and/or supplier crisis situations—knowing whom to involve and applying appropriate approaches—to help break down barriers and support company business. * Support coordinators/managers in evaluating scenarios and consequently selecting the optimal option. * Strong critical thinking, calendar organization, and task prioritization. * Proficiency in dealings and negotiations with both local and international suppliers (ILNs). * Ability to respond to pressure by proposing more balanced alternative scenarios. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Open to listening and providing feedback; * Assertive communication, * Transparency, * Negotiation skills and empathy. * Strong critical thinking, * Calendar organization and task prioritization; * Knowledge of programming languages, information systems, and data management for process automation. **Software:** * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * Excel \- Advanced * Power \- BI **Experience:** * Experience in logistics, preferably within the automotive industry or with automotive supply chain suppliers. (Experience in Projects, Process Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or Logistics will be considered a plus.) **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline), * MBA or postgraduate degree desirable. **Languages:** * English \- Advanced (Fluency is considered a plus). **Work Location:** * NBA \- Resende, RJ; **Work Model:** * Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote); **Business Travel:** * Willingness to travel within the sector when required.
