Here, we believe in collaboration, open dialogue, and the power of doing things differently. **Responsibilities and Duties** Greet patients with empathy, courtesy, and attention from the moment they arrive at the clinic; Provide initial reception, identifying needs and offering personalized support; Guide patients on procedures, appointment times, required documents, and clinic workflow; Clarify doubts regarding consultations, exams, referrals, and other services; Process authorization forms with health insurance operators (via systems such as TISS or specific platforms); Collect payments for private appointments, including issuing receipts and managing payment records; Accompany patients throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and peace of mind; After the consultation, assess the patient’s experience and offer additional support if needed; Act as a liaison between patients and medical/administrative teams, promoting clear communication; Receive and organize documents, correspondence, and exam results; Assist with administrative tasks such as form completion, filing, and updating registration records; Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (a university degree in health, humanities, or hospitality is a plus); Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; A welcoming, empathetic, and proactive attitude; Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare settings; Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in humanized patient care; Familiarity with the Tasy system; Basic knowledge of outpatient management systems; Participation in hospitality or customer experience training programs. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: BRL 42.00/day (with a symbolic deduction of BRL 1.00/month) * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance Plan (no payroll deduction) * Dental Insurance Plan (no payroll deduction) * Total Pass (well-being and physical activity) * Discounts with educational institutions * Leve Corporate University We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to people over 45 years old seeking quality healthcare at affordable prices.
