Opportunity at a renowned laboratory. **A renowned clinical laboratory and imaging diagnostic center is hiring a Receptionist.** Responsibilities: * Greet patients, conduct initial triage, and complete health insurance request forms for billing; * Register examinations and other procedures using the company's system, ensuring accurate data entry; * Print and organize test results; * Communicate effectively, demonstrating patience and empathy when serving customers/patients, and act proactively to continuously improve customer experience and process efficiency. Compensation: Salary of BRL 1.621,00 + Bonus (BRL 320.60/month) + Transportation Allowance (modal) + Dental Plan + Group Life Insurance. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
