We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees with smiles and dedication, ALWAYS BEING CLOSE TO YOU! **FUNCTION MISSION:** Support hotel operations, ensuring the quality of services delivered, team integration, and excellence in guest service, in accordance with Vila Galé standards. **YOUR PROFILE:** Completed Technical or Higher Education in Hospitality, Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of IT and hotel systems and/or software from a user perspective. Fluency in a second language (preferably English or Spanish). Relevant experience in this role aligned with the hotel’s profile, or in departmental management such as F&B or Front Office, is desirable. International experience and operational roles are advantageous. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide direct support in managing all operational and administrative departments (where applicable). Supervise and directly support the Quality Department in its activities and represent management in certification processes when necessary. Directly support the Human Resources Department in designing and implementing initiatives focused on employee motivation and development. Participate in promotional, marketing, and human resources activities. Act as General Manager when necessary.
