Support for national and international users, with English-language assistance **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to provide technical support for videoconferencing, audio, and video systems in corporate environments. The candidate will be responsible for supporting users in meeting rooms and events, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and high-quality participant experience. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support for videoconferencing and multimedia systems; * Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including microphones, cameras, displays, and control systems; * Assist in corporate event operations, ensuring audiovisual quality and proper system functionality; * Handle activation and connectivity testing of AV equipment on corporate networks; * Support integration and maintenance of automation systems, especially Crestron (SIMPL and VTPro); * Document and log technical tickets, ensuring tracking and resolution within SLAs; * Support national and international users, providing technical assistance in English when required; * Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Experience in videoconferencing and AV system support; * Knowledge of audio and video equipment configuration and troubleshooting; * Familiarity with AV automation and programming, with emphasis on Crestron (SIMPL and VTPro); * Understanding of networking and connectivity, including Cisco switches; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for supporting international users and vendor communication; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive problem-solving. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications from AVIXA, Crestron, QSC, or Cisco; * Experience in corporate events and real-time AV operations; * Knowledge of cloud computing and network security. **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Multimedia, or related fields.
